Ruth is a seasoned Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in Communication and Administrative roles that increase the efficiency, quality, and productivity of the company. She is currently overall in charge of the Operations Department.
She is tasked with overseeing the operational procedures of the company, Team, and Personnel resource management, where she ensures training and development, motivation, and effective communication in the organization. Ruth also assists in communication and marketing/ She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism.
