We invest in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. Our focus is offices, middle-income residential property, and industrial and commercial property along the region’s development corridors. The Fusion Capital team evaluates each opportunity on the ground and the Fusion Investment Committee approves it. Investors can take part through a managed account (PMS) or a fund.
Through Fusion Capital we provide equity and debt to growing African businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises.
We invest in fixed income, certificates of deposit, high yield and equities, with a focus on East Africa. We also publish the Fusion African Monitor.
FAALP is a closed-ended Guernsey Limited Partnership. Its final close was on 31 March 2012 and it is closed to new investors. Investors who want similar deal flow can use a managed account. We intend to launch further editions.
